Service availability
Durmah’s educational website and free study guides are open to everyone. Student accounts, registrations, trial activation, study tools, academic uploads, AI processing and new purchases are closed while we prepare a future launch. Future launch pages do not offer active services or announce institutional partnerships.
Existing members
Contact admin@durmah.ai for account closure, copies of your records, cancellation, billing queries and privacy requests. No deletion or refund should be assumed until it has been individually confirmed.
Our operator and service providers
Durmah Learning Pte Ltd, Singapore, remains the operator. Netlify hosts these public information pages. Existing account records are managed using Supabase, with the current database region in Singapore. Existing email and billing arrangements remain subject to our privacy policy. The public educational site has no student sign-in, checkout, upload form, AI connection or optional analytics integration.
Future releases
We will reassess the intended audience, content permissions, academic-use rules and processing arrangements before deciding on a new launch. Durmah cannot grant permission to use AI in a university assessment.
