Students deserve a clear explanation of what support is intended to do, when it may be used and what remains their responsibility.
Keep the learner as the author
The planned coach asks diagnostic questions about a student’s own reasoning. It does not write assignment answers, rewrite passages for submission, predict marks or certify authorship.
Writing the final words yourself or acknowledging an AI tool does not make a prohibited use acceptable. The exact task instructions determine what assistance is permitted.
Respect the material and the people behind it
Select only material you own and may share, or material with documented permissions covering the intended operation. Check separate institutional, confidentiality and personal-data requirements.
An individual workspace and a private-study purpose do not by themselves permit all storage or AI processing. Provider arrangements, privacy settings and release controls require their own review.
Separate intention from evidence
A responsible-sounding policy is not proof that a service complies with every law or university rule. Durmah keeps member services closed while the feature-specific release work remains incomplete.
